Ryan grew up in Leavenworth, WA, and his love of aviation began in high school, where he built an Ultralight aircraft and worked on amateur experimental aircraft. He attended college at Spartan Aeronautical University in Tulsa, OK, now with over 20 years of experience in aviation, and his love for aviation and aerospace technologies is reflected in his vast array of experience and knowledge in the industry.
He is an Instrumentation Engineer with an Airframe and Powerplant license, an Inspection Authorization, and Delegated Authority from the Seattle FISDO as a Designated Airworthiness Representative for the FAA. These appointments reflect the trust placed in his experience and scope of knowledge.
With his involvement in over 50 experimental flight test programs, Ryan brings a unique understanding and experience and looks forward to using his knowledge to help clients navigate the complicated certification process.
